I would like to file a complaint regarding the immensely poor customer service that was experienced at the Lacoste SoHo location. The poor customer service is a severe blight to the Lacoste brand and the employees at this store are responsible for providing false information (lying) in addition to refusing service (selling of bag) all because one of the employees, ***** showed extreme animosity to a customer. The incident took place on August 11th and when the Manager was informed of what happened, he did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. The Manager was callous in showing no concern. The Manager also lied about extra tax being charged on bags as one of the reasons as to why a bag could not either be sold for purchase or given out as a courtesy upon request. Both ***** and ***** need to be reprimanded for their deplorable behavior. Bags are sold upon request at a fixed fee in the *****************. ***** and ***** are in non compliance with the order and even lied about there being an additional tax surcharge latched onto the fixed price. I am requesting that Lacoste *** Corporate look into the matter. The cashier who was first approach was professional and courteous and was in the process of providing the bag when ***** in a very erratic and unhinged way interned and prevented the cashier from carrying out the transaction. I am requesting that Lacoste *** Corporate look into the matter. The two employees in question, mainly *****, did not adhere to company standards as far as training and employee-customer relations.Initial Complaint

On 06/01/2022 I placed an order with Lacoste (order number **********) to purchase an outfit for my sons birthday which is 06/13/2022. On 06/08/2022 I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number ******************* The order was not delivered until 06/21/2022 which was after the date I needed the outfit for. I called Lacoste ************ to initiate a return, a label was created and I was given tracking number ****************** when I dropped the package off at ******************************************************************************. I have since spoke with several representatives at Lacoste whom acknowledge that the returned item was received but I still have not been refunded. I am due for a refund in the amount of $58.99.Customer response

I called regarding a fraudulent charge with my card in a matter of minutes of it being done....I was told there was nothing they could do...I contacted the vanilla gift card company they Saif the merchant had to cancel it...Im out ****** dollars because these people don't care how they get their money even if its stolenCustomer response

Contacted Lacoste br phone and by email several times about a shipping error they made sending a white instead of a black polo shirt. After several contacts, they asked me to send a picture of the incorrect shirt which I did immediately on 3/7/2022 and havent heard back despite reaching out to them again several times. It is now more than a month later. on and have had no update since March 7, 2022.When I called to make them aware the process requires me to ship their error back to them at my extreme inconvenience. I work very long days with the best intent to get to *** which I cannot fit into my day in order to follow the process to fix their shipping error. Apparently, the only way to get the black polo that I paid for is to reorder it online. At least they sent a 15% discount for my inconvenience, when I went to order the black one, the price has increased from $98 to $110. I am now stuck with a $98 white shirt that I can't and won't wear. I want them to send the black polo I paid for at the price I originally paid at no inconvenience to me.Initial Complaint

Someone used my card information and made a purchase at this business. I want my money back! I did not authorize this purchase nor have I heard of your company! I called the location and they asked for personal information. I did not want to provide it as the purchase was not made with my information only my card number. I provided my last 4 of my card number, dollar amounts, dates and my email and asked them to cancel the transactions. They said they would email someone and whenever they see it they will see if they can even find the transaction. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I DID NOT AUTORIZE ANY TRANSACTION TO THIS COMPANY!Initial Complaint

Items in order number #********* were returned via tracking number ****************** however, refund was never issued. The merchant provided a prepaid shipping label, and the parcel was delivered on Feb 1st 2022. **************** has not been able to resolve the issue. They keep telling me to wait 5 business days. Called support they continue to put me on hold without trying to resolved the issue.Customer response

I placed 2 orders on December 6th and received email confirmation. On the website it means that orders would be processed within 48 hours. I waited some time and called customer service on Monday 12/13. They told me that the items havent been shipped & they cant tell me when they will be shipped (not even an estimated date). I asked to speak to a manager and they said no one was available to speak with me, so they took my info down for someone to reach out. I still havent heard anything back. I also sent an email inquiry and didnt hear anything back either. Im trying to be patient, but this is very disappointing and unprofessional from an organization like Lacoste. The clothing is not cheap, so for us to not know the status of orders or even an idea of when we will get the items is not ok.
