In Jan 2022 i purchased products from Avon from on line. I paid via ****** and was given 2 fake tracking numbers. The products purchased was never received. I contacted my Avon rep and called the **** **. They said it was too late to return my money, because it was over 30 days. The package was to travel overseas where i am now, so it would take about 30 days given customs and covid restrictions. I called Avon 4 times they put me on hold 45 mins and never offered a reimbursement or resolution. They said it was too late.Business response

To Whom It May **************** We advised complainant a refund of $138.60 was processed by Avon on 2/26/22 and the funds were released back to ****** on that date. ****** Support has confirmed this was successfully processed. Directed complainant to ****** for funds. **** **nsiders this matter resolved.

Placed order online #*************. When I entered the shipping address and updated the billing address the system changed the zip code to the shipping address. I noticed as soon as the order was placed. I called ************ for assistance. I was told that the address could not be changed as they (customer service) are not allowed to make any changes to the system and that I would have to contact *** to change the address. I asked for a tracking number and they were unable to provide me one at the time of my call. I was told it would be two days before the package would ship. I explained that I would not be available for the next 10 days with no cell or internet service and I would not be able to contact ***. I was then told to just wait until I didn't receive my package and call back and they would reship to me. I spoke with ***** #*** who said he was a supervisor but only worked part time in the mornings.Business response

To Whom It May ****************** communicated with the complainant via email and was advised she received her order. Her main concern was that we should have been able to take care of correcting the order right away; however,our system is not designed to be able to cancel orders once they have been submitted.
