      Trans perfect promised to pay $75 for a 90 minute study on digital voice recognition. I participated on December 22nd 2021. They asked for my preferred payment method which I provided. Payment was said to be forthcoming 15 days after completion of the study. It is now February 5th 2022 and I have yet to be paid for my time. This is just an elaborate confidence scam targeting unsuspecting individuals. Whatever the BBB can do to stop this unscrupulous company from scamming people will be most appreciated.       I used a service called LFG Marketing Studies that suggested I sign up for an iPhone research. I did a screener and was selected the next day. After I signed up for the video research study. I filled out a form, then was emailed an authorization form to fill out and I confirmed my appointment. I was nearly harassed with reminders to be on time by a guy named ****. On the day of I arrived 20 minutes early. I was told to wait for the rep to come lead me up. 10 minutes after I arrived another guy showed up and checked in. Once the rep arrived, she claimed they overbooked the slot and since I had arrived first I could do the study but turned the other guy away empty handed. I was taken up and given the exact same form I completed online to complete again. I competed the study and was told someone would get with me in a few business days (even though the ad specifically said payment would be made same day with an Amazon card or the next day through cash, paypal, etc.). I didn't hear back until the next week.I was emailed documents to authorize for payment. Filled then out. Provided my paypal for easy payout. Week later, still nothing. I just text the *************** back and he blocked me. Really upset here. I froze getting to that place and they have a lot of personal info and my voice and likeness.

      I did a test for some siri apple thing. I did this for an hour on december 16. I filled out my ****** account information so I can get my 75 bucks for the study. I've been emailing them lately because it's been past the timing they said. So they tried to say that they sent to ****** and that it's ******'s fault like I wasn't going to be emailing them. I'm 35 years old and I know my rights ad I'll contact the BBB for everything since that's the only way I can get anything settled!???? So ****** tells me there was nothing sent and asked for a transaction number and now I'm being ignored. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

      I participated in voice command study in August in ******** ** and still havent received payment of $70 I been in contact with dataforce threw Emails and there saying the payment was issued on 8/21/21 but I never received anything my last contact with anyone was 11/24/21. Im trying to get in touch with the right people so I get this resolved.

      [Your I Answer Here] I was supposed to be contacted by a supervisor in December and havent heard from any one. They claim a payment was sent to my account on 8/21/21 which I never received.

      Unethical business practices including bait and switch tactics to get out of of pa**** people. This was my email to them Hi *****, Im very disappointed in your bait and switch method to lure people to this study. You asked me to switch my day from Wed/Thurs to arrive on Monday.You said $75 for me to bring a dog and $75 to bring my car. An additional $20 for switching my day.The deal was $170 they offered $150. Out of principle I left because I dont do business or negotiations with deceitful people. I called you and conveniently you didnt answer. They called you and they couldnt get in touch with you either. Your teams communication, structure, and efficiency needs work.You can consider the *** null and void and I will be sharing this with the BBB and on ********** where you have this posted.I spent an hour driving to come here and arrive early as you directed to do so 2:40p. Now Im driving an hour back. Your business practices are evil.There was no resolution. I want to see that they create a contract for the agreed upon terms instead of us **** a bait and switch and causing harmful toxic Falange into peoples lives.

      TransPerfect has investigated the issue and there is no evidence of a promise of an extra $20 dollars, and her scheduled time was never changed. No work was done by the participant and thus no payment was due. There was only one appointment scheduled and was never switched. However, there were a number of similar studies running within ************, which may be the cause of the confusion. Our apologies for any miscommunication.  Thank you.
