These people are completely clueless how customer service works. Lady taking order just kept saying yup interrupting us to hurry us. Than gets order completely wrong. She was hanging out window laughing with customer in front than when we pulled up. She threw our receipt on ground at window and only had window open enough to reach hand through than charged us for wrong meal. We pull to next window and say lady was super rude. They immediately acted indignant and went on attack. They gave us wrong order than asked for it back and gave it to customer behind us. Isn't it illegal to give someone an order that has already been given to another customer? Than a lady yelled at us told us to wait. Brings order out it's missing my kids food and lady wouldn't turn around when we tried to notify her. Than she flipped us off in front of my kids! That was a manager she had red hair and I believe her name is Amelia. So we wait and a man manager comes out and was confrontational with us. He accused us of yelling at 2 employees and we were completely taken aback. He wasn't listening to our concerns and didn't believe we didn't yell at employees. I got frustrated and asked him to get away from my vehicle and he only remained trying to instigate a problem. We called hq and they forwarded us to manager at location who we were putting a complaint against. She said we were banned like we cared. Why return where we didn't even get our order right. My kids watched a lady throw our receipt on ground, another lady flip us off, another manager try to pick a fight, than another manager yell at us over phone when trying to report it. Management needs to be fired top to bottom. Worst employee interaction I've ever had. They are trying to blame us for there behavior. Is this what the world's becoming? Paying patrons have no say and better not complain or they will ban you. Overly oppressive if you ask me. This is behavior teenagers exhibit not grown adults who hold a position of authority.
