            This company is horrible! However, they are not going to keep my money. I gave a deposit of $8000 for home elevator. My plans changed and I found out their credentials were not adequate, and I no longer needed this company to install elevator. The sales rep, John K***, Rochester, New York, stated that the prices were going to increase in January 2024, so I put down a deposit of $8000 on December 12, 2023. I signed a Quote document, on this quote document Mr. K*** attempted to say all sales are final. What sale? No measurements were taken, no equipment was built, and no date given. In fact he did not know when the crew would start. I am going to take this company to court. Mr. K*** took advantage of a Senior Navy Veteran. This company does not deserve one star. Nationwide Lifts took advantage of another valued customer. I will not stop until my money is refunded. Mr. K*** has avoided my emails and calls.
