*************************** spoke eloquently and sounds very convincing. He promised to have the 2nd floor and the attic ofmy house fixed within 6 to 8 weeks. Well, that wasn't the case. Hestarted construction on 08/11/2020 which was the same date I gave him a $20,000 deposit to start the job,money that we agreed upon. All along, I believedMike would keep his promises,but I was wrong. the construction was done in 6 months and not 6-8 weeks,with many flaws. During the time of construction, it was a constant struggle to get things done on time. He may have one person working on thejob, and sometimes no workers at all would even show up to the job site. When he finally finished the job in February2021, he didn't even come onsite to do a final check,actually he was rarely there throughout the process.When I checked the finished job, I noticed that with every closet none locked properly,thebonus room,the bedroom,theentrance door to theapartment didn't close or lock at all.I had to ask them on multiple occasionsto adjust all the doors in the apartment,because none of them were straight.Uneven gaps in all the doors,all around. After allof that,I had to pay someone to come back,and make all those adjustments, whichwas hard to accomplish,since it was never done professionally in the first place.kitchen sink never drain,bathroom sink leaking.It took two plumbers, one all day to fix the kitchen sink not draining, no silicone in the shower area or window.The roof they installed was a disaster.They removed about 3 sides of siding at the back of the house. There was leaking and there was no flashing done in that area.They didn't even remove the old tar properly. ****** roofing job was so bad, I had to pay another company almost $3000.00 dollars to correct his mistakes on the roof. He lied about the cabinets to be installed.The shower had been leaking for awhile, he wouldn't fix that. I send a video to the manufact,they told me his installation is incorrect. 6yr warr a lie.
