Wow. Never again. This business will hold your vehicle all day if they could. I had an inspection done at 9:32 AM and I wasn’t notified that it was completed until 11:45 AM. I live an hour away without my car and I spent all that time waiting for my vehicle to be completed in town. It was a 10 minute job. They had called me at 9:29 AM to let me know that something needed to be done. I told them I had the part and asked if they could just use the part I bought and I’d pay for labor but the woman working there coldly and without reason said, “No.” That was it. No explanation. No apologies. No remorse. They could have at least given me a simple explanation but I was met with silence after her response. Nevertheless, I said fine since I really needed this work to be done today. She said ok and that she’ll speak with me later. If a business called you and said that they were working on your vehicle and that they will let you know when it’s done but DIDN’T until 2.5 hours later, how would you feel? I trusted that the work would be completed and that they would contact me after it was done. I had a prior inspection with them and I signed the receipt 10 minutes after it was done. Why wait? What was the hold up? Why was I not given an explanation? I always prefer to shop local but I will not use them again. You’d be better off going to another local shop where they understand your needs and are upfront about absolutely everything.
