      If you can get your supplies from somewhere else, do it. Communication is poor. You would think that they were selling something other than essential medical supplies based on their customer service. Just when you think the issues are resolved and your order is on it's way, they find another reason to hold it up. Dealing with then is an exercise in frustration. I watched my doctor's office fax in a prescription. A week later they claimed not to have it.

      If I could give them Negative Stars they would be a Perfect -5/5. Their website does not allow you to update your Billing, Shipping, Insurance, Doctor, or even your Address. You cannot use their Live Chat feature as it will auto close out so that you cannot talk to them. You have to call in order to change any of it because it will not save. I had previously been with them through a different insurance, for which after my first order they sent me to collections without ever talking to me about it, and after I asked them to stop sending supplies as I did not need more since i started to get an overflow of extra, they sent another order. And Another. And then I was uninsured and moved out of state. They Sent Another. And Another. And Another. Each time they called and I had told them I did not order supplies, I didn't live at that address anymore and I was no longer on insurance, they didn't charge me for the supplies but there seems to be a major disconnect if they kept doing it despite calling every time and realizing their mistake. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes with them, but they need to get their stuff together before their mistakes start coming at the cost of peoples lives.

      I have been dealing with Byram Healthcare for almost a year and I just wanted to say that their customer service *****. They seem more interested in charging my insurance than they are solving shipment issues, they have been consistently late with my supplies since I started, if youre interested in ***** Healthcare for your diabetic supplies dont.

      Absolutely the worst medical supply company there is. I don't even know where to start but essentially - billing is wrong, website somehow is slow as s**t, not easy to navigate, they don't communicate, they won't tell you that you need a new prescription half way through the year even though it's a 12 month prescription. They will tell you an order is approved and just not send it. They take no accountability, no responsibility. Zero empathy. The service, the experience, the cost, the everything....it actually gets worse every year. I don't choose to need medical supplies. These items are ESSENTIAL to my life. Get your heads out of your ***** and do better. What a shame. Honestly. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE else.

      Byram Healthcare has a massive disconnect between their shipping and billing departments. Its impossible to solve errors when their only answer is they will send your complaint by email to someone. My **** insurance *** tried calling them on my behalf and 4 tries later finally got someone on the line who kept saying I cant hear you and hung up upon her. Ive been attempting to solve this since August. Now they are sending notices they will send me to a collections agency. After calling the only phone number I have for them I just kept hitting 0 until I got someone decent to answer the phone. She transferred me to billing and said to ask for a supervisor, which I did. Of course no one picked up, so now Im on a 72 hour wait for them to call back.

      It's too bad Byram doesn't even attempt to make good when THEY make order mistakes. We never had any order mistakes until ****** forced us to use Byram. The people working for them have no idea what they're doing, and lack empathy when they make order mistakes. We had a illness and ultimate death in the family, and didn't get to check our order until after the allowed 15 days. We bought some in the past because of other mistakes, so were using those, until we had the time to open the order.. The catheters sent were ALL the wrong size, and mixed up different sizes at that. Not one was the size we ordered. The supervisor returned our call and said it's too bad. It's been more than 15 days. Fend for yourself. ?****** needs go drop this company, ****.

      I'm going to start this review as a "I'm usually an easy customer" however, I was in the process of getting a new insulin pump, and it's been a problem since the beginning. Starting from when I ordered one month of supplies, then they took it upon themselves to order 3 months worth. They would not return them. Not only will Byram not leave voicemails (out of state number) they do what they want when they want. Finally received the pump. It shows my insurance not paying any of it, even though it was supposed to be covered. So I called. I was very nice on the phone, up until the point when she said, even after my insurance makes the call on how much to cover, if it's more than I can afford they will not return it. It's not even out of the box. However, its $3,800, I can't afford. She also stated that Byram can't tell anyone how much their supplies will be even before they get shipped. That is probably fine for people who have good insurance. She also couldn't even get my name right. So that makes me feel like a really valued member of Byram Healthcare.

      I like how this company puts you into paperless billing. So if you dont see it they will send you to collections without ever sending you a hard copy. When I called them to pay what I owed they said I need to call the collection company instead of me paying Byram. This is not right so watch out they have no problem sending you to collections. Which is wrong without send someone a paper bill in the Mail. I will only pay Byram but they wont take my payment that I did not I had.

      Byram Healthcare is horrible. They sent me supplies without my approval and then later sent me a bill for the items that I didn't order. They refused to take the products back. **************** is nonexistent. I called my doctor and told them how poorly i was treated.

      I am completely enraged by my treatment from Byram! In January of ************************************************************************************************************ heal. While I was waiting for the wound vac itself I was sent supplies to go with the machine which I set aside. In the meantime I got notice that my insurance company denied the wound vac which came more than 15 days after the box of supplies came to me. I opened the box and it wasnt supplys for the wound vac it was supplies for colostomy, aoperation I never had. Turns out the **s office sent in the wrong order. When I got a bill for the supplys it told me that I owed $357.94. I called Byram, I called my **s office and I talked to my insurance company. Still I got a threatening bill from Byram saying they will send me to collections. They are standing strictly to their 15 day return policy . I didnt touch the supplies they sent me and I told them I would be happy to send them back. They told me my concerns have been escalated and that it will be sent for approval and they will send me a return label. I waited and waited no label. I was then sent a FINAL NOTICE in the mail to pay the bill or be sent to collections. When I called back they told me the same story of the 15 days after return policy and I needed to make a payment to stop the bill going to collections. I feel unheard and squashed by the big Pharma Buisness. I know it doesnt seem like a lot of money but I dont have it. After paying ** bills and being out of work for months I I just dont have that money. I shouldnt have to pay for someones elses mistake made while I am laying in bed trying to recover from this traumatic event that I have been going through.
