              10/31/24 I called Bryam HealthCare at ************* and they advised that they had not received the referal. I called *********************** and they advised me that they had sent it. I asked them to call Bryam and they did and infact they sent a revised referal so it could start on 10/31/24 instead of 11/12/24. I waited until 11/5/24 to call Bryam and they advised me that they had not received the updated referal. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and ****** stated her system just went down. She was able to get it to come back up and after searching she did find the new referral that was sent on 10/31/24 and would be getting the supplies out. Why do we have to call a company that is their job to get the supplies out? They are worthless and as a senior what else are we going to do.

              If you can get your supplies from somewhere else, do it. Communication is poor. You would think that they were selling something other than essential medical supplies based on their customer service. Just when you think the issues are resolved and your order is on it's way, they find another reason to hold it up. Dealing with then is an exercise in frustration. I watched my doctor's office fax in a prescription. A week later they claimed not to have it.
