Absolute horrible experience. We had to beg the dealership to keep checking our Jeep Compass as we knew something was wrong with it. After having to beg, they humored us and put dye in and found that part of the motor needed replaced. Nothing but problems since then, including antifreeze dumping on the ground , coolant problems, emblems incorrectly placed after bubbling was repainted and the chrome trim broken with them trying to glue it back on. Only way we found out was the glue did not hold. We were ignored on every issue we needed fixed. Voicemail after voicemail would be left for this dealership with no return phone calls. 2 complaints were filed with **** concerning this dealership and the director of ********** had to get involved at this point due to the incompetence of the dealership. The plan was to have Jeep purchase our vehicle back from us and get us into a new one. Once we were unable to go that route at no fault of Bill Harris, we asked Bill Harris to fix the remaining issues and just be done with it. **** Harris is now refusing to fix the jeep because we waited too long to get ahold of *** and he states that he will not be helping us or fixing our vehicle because he will not deal with the bad reviews and stated that the problem will not be fixed by them and to go somewhere else. Not to mention that this dealership has every issue on record including the steering stabilizer needing replaced but once our Jeep was appraised, the appraiser said it needed ball bearings when in reality is is the steering stabilizer. So they dont really even know what they are doing. We were treated very horrible by this dealership and Every-time we would get upset with being ignored (rightfully so) they would give us excuse after excuse and even blame things that have happened in their personal life, which is no concern to me. Thankfully we are in contact with the director of Jeep sales at this point so we will be dealing with this on the back end of things.
