    First off the overall cleaning missed many areas that are considered baseline for a cleaning service (dust window sills, wipe down backsplash and microwave, toilet, floors.) After cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen myself, which is the whole reason I hired this out, I would NOT recommend this 'service' for that reason alone. After bringing up these missed areas to the office team, they cancelled my next appointment and I was informed that I had been removed from the client list. This occurred after emails back and forth about the charges which was supposed to be based on a range estimate. After initially being quoted a range I was "charged for two hours". I noted that the staff had not been on the property for two hours. I was told that my complaint about time was not possible as the staff had GPS tied tracker but they were unable to confirm start and stop times whereas I could based on doorbell cam notifications. The owner repeatedly cites health and wellness concerns for her staff but my complaints about misleading business practices and poor quality isn't a staff issue - it's a management one. Not an experience I would wish on anyone. What makes it worse is that when I went to place reviews on various websites, I noticed a trend of this practice to quote a range and then always charge to upper limit. It is misleading to give a range just to later charge a flat fee format. I hope this review can help stop this happening to someone else.

    The client has posted this same review on many formats from her clean five months ago. Her complaint is deceptive in that she has consistently added more to it than originally described to us. She also can not understand the billing which was very clearly described in our emails to her. Ultimately, after receiving additional correspondence from her, we decided our staff's concerns were a priority and declined to accept her as a recurring client. We estimate a price range that we believe the final invoice will fall into based on the time we believe it will take to clean the property, also very clearly described in our initial contact with a new client. It likewise is very clear that the first appointment is billed by the hour and that the estimate given is an estimate and not an invoice amount. We tried explaining this to her many times and ways to no avail. We wish her well and hope that she finds a company that will be a better fit for her.
