    I am writing to address a recent incident that occurred during our appointment with Groomobile. On April 3rd, we had an appointment. The Groomobile groomer arrived late and left early, resulting in a subpar job done on our dog. They left her eyes dirty, one ear much longer than the other, and she was completely wet and stinky. When we called to make them aware, they claimed that our 13-year-old was misbehaving, moving and crying. The groomer didn't mention it to us at the time of the appointment. We reached out to the manager to seek a resolution, but we were given a terrible attitude. They stated that we did NOT HAD TO PAY THEM for the service if we were not happy and as retaliation they were not going to provide any services to us anymore. The next day, she sent a lengthy text message asking me if I was not going to pay them and I was wrong to complain about the poor service provided because the groomer had 15 years of experience. That we had to accept the end result. We were also receiving a military discount, and she questioned our military status, stating, "I doubt that is true now." We would like to express our disappointment in the lack of professionalism displayed by the supervisor, as it is evident that she does not enjoy working with customers or listen to their concerns. This seems to be a recurring issue, as some of the reviews I read have had similar outcomes to ours. We had to take our dog to the veterinarian because they failed to do her anal glands after we asked. They became infected and had to pay $140 for surgery and medication. We called to make them aware and we almost were given attitude for calling them until we told them it was a courtesy call. We were their customers for one 1 1/2 years. We were not going to file a complaint until we received their text message.
