Working with this company has been outstanding. I had to return one of the items and was told exactly how to do it and my money was put back into my account immediately after they received the item back. The person I had deleted with was very pleasant to talk to.Review from Donald T

We had an issue with our Fasthelp gadget. After talking to customer Service, the problem was resolved to our complete satisfaction. It is a shame that people only share their dissatisfaction with a company and you never hear from the satisfied customers. I think Universal.Physicians is a Great Big Scam and my Mother lost all her $162.86!!!!! I sent the unit back with a letter and they sent the unit back to her without my letter or the return form in the box!!!!! They did not return the refund check back to my Mother!!!! I did not want the piece of junk back because I returned it for my Mother!!!! She Never received the refund check back to her!!!!!! All people be wary of Universal Physicians' Fast Help!!!! I called their customer service number and it sent me to Ask Help and after I paid $1.00 on my credit card and asked my question it cut me off and I tried to order clothes from another company and my card wouldn't go through so I called the bank and there was fraud activity on my card by Fast Help, Ask Help so they cancelled this card and had to issue me a new card so this Crooked Scam company no longer had my card number to use!!!!!!! This has caused me nothing but very very verymuch trouble!!!!!!!!!Universal Physicians, LLC Response

After we received a customer review from the BBB on 5/17/2022, we began to review the facts concerning this customer’s order. After reviewing the history of this order, here are our findings – 1. Customer mailed in two separate orders, each mailed on a different date. 2. Both orders were paid by check (check # **** and check # ****) and were mailed by the customer on two different dates. a) The first order was postmarked on 4/25/2022 which was received in to our offices on 4/27/2022. This order was shipped on 4/28/2022. b) The second order was postmarked on 5/5/2022 which was received on 5/11/2022 and shipped on 5/12/2022. 3. With every purchase, our company offers a 30-day money back guarantee from the date the customer receives their order. We are able to track this using the information provided by the shipper that shows the date that the order was delivered. Our company requires that the product must be returned for evaluation before a refund is approved and that be returned or postmarked before the 30-day money back timeframe. a) We received the customer’s return for their first order on 5/18/2022. b) After reviewing the product and its contents and the fact the customer was within the 30-day return period, we approved, printed and mailed a refund check on 5/19/2022. c) The reference by the customer that their return was sent back to them without a refund check and her original letter is false. What the customer actually received was the delivery of the second order that they placed. Lastly, our company has the ability to identify and track all incoming calls that we receive. We do not have history of this customer calling customer service. Furthermore, we do not require a fee of any kind to speak to customer service. Given the fact that we did not have a credit card from the customer at any time during this process (customer paid by check for both of their orders), the customer must look elsewhere for any credit card issues they experienced. We let the customer know that we will be happy to assist in helping them find the source of the issue they had if they have any interest in our help. In conclusion, this customer returned the product within the approved time and was refunded. We consider this BBB review successfully and satisfactorily addressed.Review from J. N.

On Feb. 4. 2022 I purchased a Fast Help Device plus extended warranty etc. totaling $190 with the assurance of receiving an e-mail confirmation of product ordered within 24 hours. Not receiving the e-mail, I called their phone number in the web site only to discover it's all automated and you never talk to anyone. Next was an e-mail to them expressing my dissatisfaction also indicating I will instruct my bank to not honor the credit card charge until I am happy with the results of the contacts.Universal Physicians, LLC Response

RE: REVIEW ID ***** Thank you for your providing the comment from this customer. After receiving your notification on 2/9/2022, we began a review of his order. We also pulled records from our historical archive of emails to obtain any correspondence that we had with this customer. Below is the summary of our findings. • On February 4, 2022 o Customer placed his ordered o An order confirmation was sent via email (please see document attached that addresses his concern about not receiving an order confirmation - or will be sent under separate email response if there is no way to send a document in this response) o His order was sent to fulfillment for shipment o A ship notification with the tracking number was emailed to customer • On February 7, 2022 o We received an email from Mr. **** at 2:10 pm (EST) • On February 8, 2022 o After researching his order and pulling a historical email sent to him on February 4, 2022, our response was sent to the customer that provided the order confirmation and addressed any other concerns that he may have had. This email was sent to the customer at 7:51 am (EST) • On February 9, 2022 o We satisfied and resolved all of the customer's concerns. He told our customer service rep that he was happy and said we had “great customer service”. Please feel free to collaborate this comment with the customer. I am not sure why the customer did not receive his original order notification, but we confirmed it was sent the day he ordered his product. We did not ask, but it might be in his spam/junk mail. Furthermore, we were very responsive to the customer and provided proof the order notification was sent. He is very happy with the outcome and with our company. Conclusion, this review is satisfactorily and successfully resolved and is closed within a day of receiving your notification of his comment. It should not count or be posted on Universal Physicians history. Thank youCustomer Response

The review is accurate to the point of my discussion this morning, however none of the proposals have been met to this moment. As I told the FastHelp Rep., I will be most happy to contact BBB and correct the comments. Until then, we are at a standstill.
