    BEWARE! Horrible service. I left the salon looking worse than when I arrived. Ashley Becker told me my hair would not be as blonde as I wanted, and explained it would take a few appointments to get it to the color I wanted. I agreed. She did not however tell me that the color could not be completed because she had other clients scheduled for shortly after my appointment. I specifically told he that I wear my hair up a lot, so I wanted the underside of my hair light. When I complained about the color of the underside, said she didn’t have time to finish the highlights on the entire underside of my hair, even though she charged for a full highlight, she said that she ran out of time because she had another client booked and waiting. The whole underside of my hair is now orange. She left all my grey hair visible on top. I was also charged for a blow out and style, but my hair was still damp and frizzy and looked like one of the muppets. When I expressed my unhappiness she was extremely rude, the girl at the front desk was also rude and insisted I should be charged for a blow out, even though my hair was damp and unfinished. she only agreed to remove the $15 style charge. Another stylist, who was not even involved in the conversation, claimed that I had spent fifteen minutes in the bathroom, which was why there wasn’t enough time to finish styling my hair properly. This claim was not only false, but it was also very rude. $300 later, yet I am on my way home to color my roots and style my own hair. Only go to this salon if you want your hair to look terrible.

    We're sorry you feel this is the way your appointment went. At the beginning of your appointment you were informed that you could only get so light at initial appointment, nothing was mentioned about a gray coverage. This is a separate application and would have been an additional charge. Any stylist books clients back to back. Unfortunately sometimes services don't go the way you or the stylist want. Because Ashley worked so hard to get you as light as possible, this limited the amount of time she was able to give in styling. You were charged for a blow dry, no style. All of this was told to you in your consultation before service started. Thank you for your feedback.

    I never commented on the level of lightness, even though my hair was already quite light to start with, from previous highlights. You have not addressed any of the problems I had. My hair was left multiple colors, with the underneath a bright orange; a proper toner could have made this look better. I was charged for a blow out, even though my hair was still damp, frizzy and looked horrible. The only thing told to me at the consultation was that it would take multiple times to achieve desired lightness. I was never told that the stylist didn’t know how to tone hair that turns orange, nor that she does not know how to blow dry wavy/curly hair. I showed the stylist a photo of the look I was going for, and it certainly did not include grey roots showing only at the front of my hair. Common sense and good eyesight should have made anyone realize that was not how my results should have looked. I was charged over $100 per hour for results that I could have gotten at an economy salon. The part that is most upsetting, is that not one person at the salon was even able to recognize or admit that there was a serious problem with the results, this makes me think that no one at this salon is properly trained, if they think that my hair looked acceptable after my coloring. I wish I could post photos here, so people could judge for themselves, what the quality of the work was.
