            The facility is poorly managed. Management threatens vs helps. I've been lied to, I've been harrassed and very confrontational. The facility is pretty but then you dig in and see the mess. Fire Alarms that go off weeks at a time not a chime full blown had to go to hotel. Water comes out in black clumps and received a bacterial infection after taking the water to be tested. Call management and they act like high school girls taunting and unable to complete an email address correctly, credit card keyed incorrecly, wrong keys issued ect ect. Had a service dog and was treated very nasty as it was in training for my strokes. The floors are uneven in the new building and poorly designed to get to your room on the upper floors. Dog ****, **** ****, Fights in Parking Lot, I never felt safe. I was chased outside today when dropping off keys because I refused to give them my new address. Someone needs to clean house.
