I ordered a menstrual cup from The Keeper Inc online shop (****************). I was charged and sent a confirmation email (see screenshots attached) but the product never came. I tried calling the number listed in my email confirmation, but the number is not active. I tried calling other numbers on the website, but they are not connected to the company. I tried emailing the company, but they have not responded. I looked at their ******** site, and there is not way to contact them via the site, BUT I see that other customers have posted comments with the same complaints (see screenshots). At this point, I would love to EITHER receive the product I paid for or be reimbursed. I would also like to see their website shop closed if they are no longer in business.Initial Complaint

I have been using this company’s product for 24 years—I know it is a real company but I believe their website has been taken over by hackers. I made ann order on January 31, 2023 and received a confirmation email. My account was billed, I can see on my bank account the money has been taken out. I never received the product or any updates. Two weeks after I emailed to inquire and received no reply. Today I called. I got a recorded message saying a special offer was happening today, that I could get an alert button for free. (The only thing the company sells is menstrual cups.) There was no talking to a human being. When I tried the number again just now, I got a message saying I’m calling a number that is not available from my calling area.Initial Complaint

I had Keeper for years (free service). It was great. Then it was telling me my passwords were at risk, pushing me to get their $19.99 extra security. So I signed up days ago. Since that time, I have been LOCKED out of my password vault. I can no longer use my THUMB verification. Then it tells me to get an email verification. I get a code, then it asks me for my favorite movie. I type in the favorite movie I ALWAYS use. Wrong. So, I am locked out. Then I need the MASTER password. I type apparently the wrong one. But, somehow, I got something right and got it, and CHECKED my MASTER password, so now I know it (did not change it)...and I was typing it right, so why was the program telling me I was typing it wrong REPEATEDLY??????? But here we go again and again.. With a constant threat of destruction of my records. But the password shoudl be the same right if I did not change it, so should be the same right? I get LOCKED out again, go through the whole process of not getting my favorite movie right, then I get my MASTER wrong. This happens over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over as i try desperately to find a way to get ONE LAST chance to salvage my passwords to run away from this disaster but I know it is right, and then customer service says I have to DELETE!!!! the entire data in the program and start over. I do NOT plan on starting over. I want my money back. IT is Keeper's fault for doing whatever it did to block me the MINUTE I agreed to pay them $19.99 and the only thing that did was block me (as the customer) from the service I am now paying for. I say RUN from this service. It is a sham, or maybe they are trying to get me to pay them even MORE money to get access to my own records? Because they are saying it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to retrieve my data. I will not allow them to take $19.99 and block me from passwords that it took me YEARS to populate in their program and I reasonably relied on them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company 12/25/2021. I received an email confirming order, but no tracking information. I emailed the company 1/12/2022 about this situation, to which I have not received a response. I called all numbers listed, to which I was met with automated messages and no real people. I emailed again 1/17/2022 and sent a chat via their website. Following the chat, I was blocked from the website. I would like a refund.
