I made an online purchase on April 19, 2022 and this was accepted by the company. Received confirmation email that the order was received but then that was it. No further information. I waited a couple of weeks and then read on their website that it should ship within 5-7 days in the USA. I'm in Canada so I do expect a slightly longer delivery time. However i received no email with tracking number. So as per their website, I contact them. I emailed them a total of 3 times (May 5, 12 and 25). I also tried calling the 1-800********* number on their site (they say the best way to get questions answered is by phone) but it does not seem like a legitimate number as you get put through some automatic selections that don't appear connected with the company (e.g. "congratulations you've been selected..."). I then called the 513-******** number on the header of the order confirmation email but this goes straight to fax machine. After reading other people's reviews about this company from his site as well as from a google search, I decided to start a dispute case with my credit card company and it sounds like they will refund me unless the merchant demonstrates they have sent me the product. While I like their product, I will never order from this company again. Even if they do eventually follow-through with providing the product, their customer service is appalling, and it should not take this much time and effort to receive a product that I paid for.
