I opened a new account at Dollar bank. I had a promotion on my account. If I do direct deposits equaling $2500 or more within 90 days I get $200 in debit card purchase rebates. I did the promotion. I noticed that I wasn't receiving any rebates. I called and the customer service representative acknowledged that he saw the promotion and I did qualify, just wait one more week. I waited still didn't get any rebates, called again. Got another representative. He said the same thing. I qualified just give the system a other week to update. I waited 2 weeks and still no rebates. I called and spoke to 5 different representatives all saying the same thing. I did the promotion correctly and should get the $200. Today I spoke with someone and she left me on hold for 30 minutes trying to come up with an answer. And the answer she gave me is "I'm not getting it because I had an account in the past and it's only apply to new customers." I have the terms. It said anyone who had an account within 180 days isn't qualified. I haven't had an account with them in that time frame. I asked the manager to get the terms they are trying to make up in writing because if everyone is saying I qualify and I haven't had an account within that time frame which is written in black and white then this should be a pretty easy case to solve. Give me the promotion that is owed. To me. I opened the account properly and did the promotion correctly. So I should be compensated. I can take screenshots of my statements showing I did the $2500 in direct deposits in time but I will attach the terms that their representatives are a little confused on. Please let me know if I can provide any more details because I have everything screenshoted and recorded
