Details of the issue: - Date of transaction: 11/09/2023 (for order) / 12/20/2023 (for return/refund) - What the business committed to provide you: They only provided me with a refund document that I directly attached to this request. When I tried to contact their customer support about the issue they did not tried to resolve it, I was only told to wait for the refund to appear on my original payment method used to pay the order. - What the nature of the dispute is: A non respect of their own refund policy. Like previously told the refund was effected on December 20, 2023, i returned the order on December 8, 2023, as i write this request, it is January 31, 2024. It has now been more than a month that i respectfully, and faithfully wait for the refund to appear on my bank account, i tried contacting them several times and always got the same answer, which is normal for most cases if things don't change, i will always have the same response, but here, there is an obvious problem. - Whether or not business has tried to resolve the problem: No, they didn't, that is why i must contact you about this issue - Account/Order/Tracking number: Customer # ********** * ***** ** ********* * ***************
