This company has ZERO integrity, you can go ahead and read through they're eBay customer reviews if you need more proof. We have used this company to supply a number of shipping supplies for YEARS. Recently the marked an order as shipped, provided us a tracking number, and then sent a refund shortly after. Not even once did they so much as attempt to communicate with us that there is a problem with the order, in **** it still to this day shows as "in transit" because they marked it complete in eBay. After waiting 10 days for the items, I went in to check the tracking and only then did I discover that the company had voided the label and issued a refund. I messaged them to see why they refunded the order after marking it complete and as already shipped. The customer service agent flat out lied to me and said it was cancelled because the item was out of stock but not once did they remove the item or indicate such, they literally just cancelled my order and raised the price. Upon going through some eBay feedback, I discovered this is something the company is known for doing, and upon talking to someone else in my company discovered this isn't even the first time they've done it to us. I cannot believe how disappointing this is, and how damaging to our small family-owned business, we literally cannot operate without our filament tape and we have no local suppliers for it, not even target carries filament tape anymore. Stay as far away as possible from shippingsuppliesbymail or it will cost you time, money, and customers.
