              On 01/08/22, I purchased a ProMaster Extension Tube Set (for Nikon) and a pair of ProMaster Photo Gloves. The purchase was made using a $100 gift certificate with a credit card covering the balance. I was comfortable with the extension tube set being back-ordered - for a reasonable amount of time. On 03/15/22 @09:20am I called for an update and spoke with "Steve". When asked for an approximate delivery date he said "Who knows?". More recently, on 05/25/22, I requested an update from https://doddcamera.com/contact. As of this date I've yet to receive an acknowledgement and/or response. (see 4 attachments) *** Curious. Is this what you call customer service? I certainly don't.
