              Dear [Lincoln, electronic], I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your Lincoln electronic gas welder (product number [ 18354815#]). This product has been in for repair for 10 weeks now, and I have yet to see any progress being made. I bought this machine to do jobs with my father, and only had 30 hours of use before we encountered this issue. We purchased it in the summertime, and expected a product of higher quality from your company. I am disappointed that I am not seeing any results from the time and money I invested in this product.               I purchased a Torchmate 4800. It was a true lemon. It has never worked for more than a week. I am on record calling Lincoln more than 30 times in 3 years. At least 10 times I have told them to come get the machine and give me my money back. Now they $80 for shipping and handling on a little belt that cost $4 and weighs about an ounce. It would fit in a small envelope. They continue to price gouge and leave me with a machine that isn't working.
