Our dog had been seen there for four and a half years. He had continuous Addison's disease emergencies. He needed a cortisol shot to save his life. Dr R**** would not give him the cortisol shot. First they had to do a blood test with cost money. Then they wanted to make another appointment which cost money. They knew his weight, they knew what is levels were every single time he had an Addison's emergency but they would not give them the shot without paying the extra fee for the blood test and for the extra appointment. We were not even called back that night and given the results of his blood test when they knew his life hung in the balance. That is a fact and you can check our records to prove that.
