I paid 114.98 for product I still have not received but have paid for. From Team Time LLC CEO ***** *******. It’s been 7 weeks when I received an email stating it was going to be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks that was December 2, 2023. On January 4,2024 ***** said in an email “I believe it should be shipped tomorrow or monday.” Now it’s been two weeks since ***** personally told me in an email my package was going to be sent. This week he will not return any calls emails or texts.Business response

This is the same bogus response I got on January 9, 2024 as you can see with the attached document. Which I was patient about originally I get things happen but then we get no response emails for days and days. It’s weird that I still don't have my product! Never mind the fact that the business has not responded to any of my emails or calls for the past 10 days but for some reason can respond here. It is like I said originally my son season is just about over and I don’t want any product. It’s to late to for that, I just want my money back that they happily took from me.Business response

This order has been shipped as promised: USPS
**********************We explained the situation to the customer multiple times. We will also be shipping the orginal order that was held up in the shipping process which was out of our control. We called both DHL and customs multiple times a day in order to get this out. We ended up remaking over 100 orders and paying for all of the remakes and shipping. We also will be shipping double the number of products.
We understand the frustration as we were frusterated as well.

I ordered a jacket on 11/29/23 with a 3/4 week delivery. 1/9/24 i emailed to find out where my order was. ***** emailed back informing me it was caught up in customs and would get released that day 1/9/24 and send out the next day. If not, then he would be remaking the orders I emailed saying instead of remaking my order, please refund my $54.99. The jacket was for wrestling and the season is coming to an end. I have emailed multiple times with no response from *****. Here it is 1/24/24 almost 8 weeks later and no Refund,Jacket or a response from *****. All i want now is a refund.Business response

He just sent the reason why things are late. Same email he sent us on the 1/9/24 with no response since until i put a complaint in with BBB. The wrestling season is over. This order should have been here by end of Dec. not Feb if it actually gets sent. I sent mutliple emails asking for a refund no need to remake.

I ordered my stuff through TeamTime on 22 December 2022 with a cost of $149.96 and I still have not received the tracking number. I have contacted the CEO ***** ******* several times and he assured me that they would recreate my order and send me the tracking number no later than today 21 March 2023. As of right now my order has been in for 90 days and I still have not received it. I would either like my order or my money back which I have gotten neither. My order number is ****.Business response

Hi,
First off, we appreciate your patience as we worked through getting this matter straightened out.
It appears that the order was lost after the first time producing it. This is why we remade and rushed the product to you as soon as we were made aware of the situation.
All of the items are hand sewn from scratch where the ink/designs are dyed directly into the fabric of the garment so they will never fade. This process takes a little time.
We have shipped the remade products via FedEx. Here is the tracking number: ************

Ordered 12/30/2022. See attached photo. Ordered over $400 dollars of custom baseball gear. 4 of the items came in the wrong colors (green and orange). This was an issue with an earlier order but that was not Team Time’s fault. This order was after the colors had been corrected and is 100% the fault of TeamTime. I have attempted to contact Tyler McCourt, TeamTime CEO, with no response.Business response

******, the head coach, and I have been in communication this entire time. He is the main point of contact for the team, ***** ****** High School Baseball, which we made all of the gear for.
We are remaking the gear as discussed and have communicated with you through the entire process.There have been 39 orders placed from this team and we have adjusted and corrected every item that there was an issue with. The coach initially gave us the incorrect colors so we have been remaking the gear for the team.
This order is still being remade as discussed and will be shipped shortly.
I appreciate your feedback and understanding.
All of the clear communication has been attached.
This is the first time that we have been made aware that they did not want the replacements as discussed.
