The Ford truck sold to me l had problems with it. I put lots of new parts on the truck motor, fuel system and exhaust system too.

Thank you for reaching out and allowing us the opportunity to review your concerns. The vehicle stated in the customers concern has visited the Worthington location 3 times since 2021 and has started talks with sales to possible trade the vehicle in for a different vehicle. A deal for a different vehicle has not been reached and the dealership is still open to working with the customer.

I purchased a vehicle for my company back in October 2021. Mark Wahlberg asked us to put an additional amount of $2,500.00 (to pay off a previous vehicle) on top of the recommended down payment for a 2021 Chevy Tahoe that was purchased. Mark Wahlburg Chevrolet would not allow me to pay the previous vehicle off on my own. They said in order for the deal to be completed I have to give them the pay off balance for the previous vehicle and they will send the payment. I gave them the funding to insure this process would go through smoothly. Mark Wahlburg Chevrolet failed to meet the terms of the agreement. The payment was made after 3 months which affected my credit score and my business partners (****** ** ****** credit score. We have called and talked to different individuals within the company and still nothing has been resolved. All we want is our credit to be corrected. They asked for the funds to make the payment and we gave them the money. Mark Wahlburg failed to pay off the previous vehicle and we are the ones being penalized for their negligence. Mark Wahlburg needs to contact "Credit Acceptance" to let them know that the payment was made late due to their negligence and ******* ***** and ****** ***** credit should be corrected. Thanks!

On May 19, 2022 I purchased at 2018 Chevrolet Trax from Wahlberg Chevrolet - Worthington. After I signed all the paperwork, paid the entire amount in cash - I was walked out to the car and handed a set of keys, one set of keys. I asked for the other (spare) set and was told they didn't have them and to contact their service department if I wanted to get one made. I'm 74 years old and have purchased many, many cars over the years with eight of them being from this dealership and have never not been given two sets of keys, in fact I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago with only one key and they gladly furnished the spare set. The salesman just shrugged me off and told me to go see service. I did, they want an additional $400 to furnish me a spare key. At no time during the sales presentation was I told there was only one set of keys and I think it's a fair assumption on my part that they would be provided. I've left a voice mail with one of the sales managers and sent emails to the Used Car Manager and General Manager, none of whom have replied. I think it's unfair and little more than gouging for them to omit the fact that keys weren't available and to charge me $400 to replace them.

I apologize to *** ****** for not getting a response from our staff, and I did not receive a message that he called.  However, we only provided the one key on pre owned vehicles, unless there were two keys traded in with the vehicle.   I can help with the cost of the second key if *** ****** would like to have one made.  ** ****** can reach me directly at ************

I purchased a truck through this dealership and it was not clearly disclosed to me that they were including 5 total warranties and service contracts with the purchase. Only the monthly payment information was provided to me prior to signing the purchase documents. After returning home, in looking at the bill of sale, I realized that a total of 5 warranties & service contracts were included with my purchase--all which I would have refused if offered. Unfortunately, I made the purchase at the end of the business day (note: after waiting for almost 5 hours to finalize the purchase). By the time I realized the issue, the office was closed. However, I had notified the dealership in writing (via email) that night of my request to cancel the 5 warranties & service contracts. It has been almost 6 weeks and this has still not been resolved. The total cost of the warranties & service contracts amounts to over $7,000.

The cancelations were processed yesterday and sent back to the finance institute to reduce the loan amount.

So I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patroit on March 13 2022, I gave them my trade in of 2009 Honda Civic clean title paid on full plus an additional 1000 dollars that I was told was the down payment. O was told the financing was approved they had after all been working on it for some time prior to me coming up there. At the time I could have paid more down but that was what they told me was required by the lender. I paid my down payment I signed my paperwork with the financial person and I left with the Jeep Patroit. After a few days driving the check engine light came on. Dealer said it was probably the gas light found out it was the 02 sensor. After this, I had an phone call with the lender that was on the paperwork I signed they lady told me my payment due date she never asked me for my second job information that was included in the original application. Next thing I know I call the lender back to Confirm the due date they tell me to call the lender the funding was rejected by the lender. So now I have no lender I text my sales person no response I call the dealership and speak to must be ***** in finance and ask right than do I need to bring they car back he says no we are going to work on it. I said ok. Next thing I know mind you this is a good week later. I spoke to the financial person from the dealership last Friday he asked me did I have anymore for the down I asked how much he fixed his face to say 5000 I said no. He said that's OK we will keep working on it. I still have the car and still would have been ok to return it. Next thing I know I get a text from my sales person who says ****** got a new lender but you need to bring an extra 1300. I said I nolonger had extra to pay. Yall can just return my car and my down payment. Today March 30th I was told via text my car was sold at auction. And I needed to bring the car back. I was also told via text they would be giving me a check. I returned the car but have to wait for my check of 3800 no eya on that

The sales manager at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington falsely finalized the sale of a Lincoln MKZ in my name. A car in which I have never left the lot in, and now I am being penalized by the credit bureau for balance that's in my name on that car that I never received. I contacted them in order to get the situation resolved they apologized and partially paid off the loan but I still have a balance due on that car they won't return my calls I've tried contacting them several times on this matter and it been two months now, and still nothing

      Hello,

Mr. **** ***** bought the Lincoln MKZ on November 19th.  He did not take delivery of the vehicle due to not having proper Insurance.  We waited a couple of weeks for the Proper coverage to be sent by *** *****, but he finally responded that he could not afford the car and did not want to go with the deal.  By that time the forms and contracts were processed and we informed *** ***** that it would take some time to reverse the loan and contracts.  The bank just informed us that *** ***** will no longer be contacted about the loan and it will be completely reversed in a couple of days.

      Thanks,

Brought car to them for special warranty. Told me warranty was not covered but my car needed other work. The work they claimed needed done 1.was already done prior to this visit 2. Did not actually need done. Service tech very rude and dismissive.

Customer was in for a check engine light, and stated that she had a special coverage for the repair. We scanned the car for codes, and it had multiple codes, none of which were for the special coverage turbo failure, as hers is operating fine at this time. We gave her an estimate on the intake manifold and valve cover, both o2 sensors, a new catalytic converter, and a new exhaust flex pipe which was broken, to fix the light..no codes show any issues of a bad turbo. We replaced the purge valve for her which also had a code for it, which is covered under warranty. She was not charged for any diagnosis or repair …She declined any work needed that wasn’t covered by warranty.
