I have been a pretty loyal customer for this company/woman. She has been posting sob stories on the internet now and scamming hardworking families out of their money whereas before she actually sent out the product. I had grace for a little bit because sometimes life IS hard and you need a minute to get back on your feet and get the company going again. However, she took my money (over $120) and won't refund it. I gave her the option of sending my products or a refund and she has the responded. My orders were in May and June. She created a shipping label and never sent anything. I'm wondering if there is something deeper going on for her but like I said when you have a company you still have to send your products, not just take people's money because life is hard. Honesty and integrity is what a company should be built on and are the only ones who I continue to stick with. LoveBug Organics is on my "I'll never order again from this company" list. I have placed a few orders with Love Bug Organics. The first few came late and often incorrect but I gave grace trying to support a small shop. My last two orders were May 14 & 15 2024 and despite numerous attempts of reaching out via business email, dm on Facebook business page as well as her personal page, I never received any of my items and only minimal responses before completely ignoring. I asked for a refund or movement on shipping right away. She removed me from her group as well. One the last times she responded she acknowledged the items should have been delivered despite tracking showing the package was never received after she posted pictures of these order being shipped. She did not supply new tracking nor respond again after that acknowledgement. Unfortunately is was all a lie and I found out through research that multiple other people also never received their orders and were blocked and ignored as well. I then had to file a dispute with my credit card.Review from Brittany D

Scammer. Single family income, with 3 small kiddos. Was excited to try healthy beauty products. To keep the toxicity levels low. I received 1 outta 3 sales. When asked for a refund or send the product. I was blocked. On all accounts.Review from Tricia B

I have to give zero stars because theres a post today that I can share with everyone if you reach out to me hundreds of people have not received their orders I placed my order on May ************************************************************************************** stock and on sale. Some of the items were out of stock and you cannot select them. I got a response order should be filled in 15 days business days. Then I got a tracking for shipping label that said on May 31 shipping label created by post office waiting for a package. I reached out again and then she backtracked and said that the soaps I ordered take 30 days to cure and be made. I disputed at my credit card and she responded claiming shes a single mom just trying to make some side money within her social media ****** pose. She does this for a living to support her children as a single mothe. She claims I am just looking for free product. on August 1 I noticed a post from July 18 from people who said shes been doing this for years as well as food trains Amazon wish list go fund mes. I feel sorry for her family especially her children and what they are being put through.Review from Stephanie J

I have been waiting over 2 months for my $80 order. ******** refuses to answer my messages. Refuses to provide updated tracking. Refuses to provide my product. I have emailed, messaged, commented on posts and nothing. She just ignores me.Review from Tara K

This business is a scam. You will not receive your products. ***************************** will steal your money and give you a million and 1 excuses as to why your products haven't shipped. I have ordered from Love Bug for years and was recently an affiliate. I, as well as 2 customers, placed orders in March 2024. We have not received our orders or a refund, as promised. ******** will not respond to messages or emails.Review from Amy K

On July 2, 2024, I placed an order for $54.99. At the top of the order it said to allow up to 21 days for delivery. I never gave it much thought until now. I thought it was strange for a small company to allow that long for a delivery. As of July 22, 2024, I have tried contacting the seller by email. The email is not valid and keeps being sent back to me. I sent a message via messaging through her FB account on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2024. The message said it couldnt send. I have no way to contact her. I will call my bank and try to recapture the loss. After looking at the reviews, its apparent she makes this a habit in her small business. Do not trust this site or order anything from her. Its a scam!! I wanted to support her small business but she needs to deliver the product after taking my money!Review from Kelly R

Purchased cosmetic sets in December 2022. Reached out to the business several times over the course of a few months regarding where the order was. Received a shipping notice on January 20, 2023. After a few weeks of the tracking number not updating, I contacted the owner ******** (******* ****) several times requesting an update. After still not receiving the order, I filed a dispute with my bank on February 16, 2023. The bank did refund my charges. At the end of February I did receive a package from Love Bug Organics with products that were not what I ordered.
