            BBB unable to locate business
            The love bug organics company sent out an email about a $1 soap sale 7/23/24, and I purchased several items totaling approximately $59 on the site. I received a notice email that order received and processing however that order never came. This company website is no longer working. Nothing can be done, but she did in the past provide products as stated and shipped late but appropriate orders. Very sad.

            I have been a pretty loyal customer for this company/woman. She has been posting sob stories on the internet now and scamming hardworking families out of their money whereas before she actually sent out the product. I had grace for a little bit because sometimes life IS hard and you need a minute to get back on your feet and get the company going again. However, she took my money (over $120) and won't refund it. I gave her the option of sending my products or a refund and she has the responded. My orders were in May and June. She created a shipping label and never sent anything. I'm wondering if there is something deeper going on for her but like I said when you have a company you still have to send your products, not just take people's money because life is hard. Honesty and integrity is what a company should be built on and are the only ones who I continue to stick with. LoveBug Organics is on my "I'll never order again from this company" list. Don't be dumb like me and trust her.
