My minor child ****** ******* received xrays ordered by Dr. ***** ** ********* at **** ***** ******** in Bellefontaine, OH for a sports related injury on 1-11-24. We have ********** ****
Riverside Radiology & International Associates (RRIA) has been billing us for 4 months now & ********** has never received a bill from RRIA. The only contact phone number listed on the bill is ###-###-####. Fully automated & the ********** office cannot reach anyone by using that number.
Our acct is ***************** Madden's bill was for the amount of $41. RRIA Billing address is ** *** **** **** ******* ****** ** *****. ********** has already received 2 grievance complaints from us, but are not able to reach RRIA billing office to take care of the bill. They have sent numerous requests to the provider requesting the claim too.
We have also provided the hospitals phone number to the insurance provider. Its now April 8, and I received another bill from RRIA today. It has not been resolved.
