I cancelled swim lessons with this company.
Despite this, they have charged me an annual service fee. They have charged this fee early. Last year, I was charged this fee on April 25, 2022. This year, they charged it in March 2023 even though it should not have been charged until April as I did not start lessons until June 1, 2021. I have contacted them and they have refused to refund me. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. Regardless, I feel their charging of an "annual" $70 fee in March 2023 when June 2023 will be the anniversary of classes is fraudulent and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.
