DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE! I came in on May 9 to get the glass on my camera fixed. I was told it would take a few days for the part to come in and then I could bring my phone in to be repaired. I never received a phone call or any messages letting me know the part had been delivered and I could bring my phone in. I called that Monday and asked if the part was in by now to which I was told no and that it would be in later this week. This was very frustrating as I had waited over 3 weeks and no communication was made. So I waited until Thursday to call and was told it would be in that day or tomorrow and to come in tomorrow. I came in and gave my phone to them and was told it would be about an hour, I gave them a number to call to reach me, and an hour later they called me telling me they had the wrong size for the camera... they told me I could come back to get my phone and they would overnight the piece and would let me know when it came in. He also told me that he "buffed out a scratch on the lens". I never asked for this, I turned my camera on and all you can see through the lens is blurry. He told me it was most likely a software malfunction. I took it to Apple for a second opinion (free of charge) they told me he scratched the lens and made it blurry and that he caused the issue. I had planned to bring this up to him when I came in to get the glass on my camera fixed hoping he would resolve the issue he caused. It's now Wednesday and I've received no calls. I called in to ask about it and was told he "called twice and left a voicemail" which isn't true as I've received not a single call from the company. I then explained the situation to which he responded it was not his fault and that they performed "routine maintenance" on my product and claimed no responsibility for the further damage he caused. He told me he would refund my money for the lens but wouldn't fix my camera. I now have to find another company to fix the lens that he damaged.

You brought us a phone with a damaged camera. We told you that the issue maybe more than the lens. The camera was not blurry, but would only take pictures at a setting of .9 or less. This was the case before we started, this was the case when we were done. We refunded your money as we believe in being fair. You have felt the need to go to 2 different sites to provide negative reviews (per your threat in an attempt to blackmail us into fixing your camera for free). We hope you got your camera fixed. And we feel sorry for whoever it is you are now working with.
