            IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!If I could give them no stars I most definitely would. Whoever answers the phone for them is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever talked to in my life. In my particular situation I misread an email about a pick up date not being available, so I called to find out why they hadnt arrived to pick my son up yet. I was immediately given attitude when I inquired about it. I should mention that if the driver wasnt almost 20 minutes late picking my child up earlier in the week maybe I wouldnt have assumed that was again the issue. Either way, when youre dealing with peoples children you should have a certain level of professionalism and customer service regardless of who is at fault and if this is how they handle the parent I cant imagine how my child would potentially be treated. I will immediately cancel my services and would walk barefoot on glass to pick my child up before calling them again.

            Communication is very important in any business relationship. We dont force nor tolerate yelling and screaming at our employees. Our policy does allow a representative to disconnect from the caller if they remain hostile. We apologize for delayed pickup however we advise during registration traffic constraints and delay in previous drop off based on policy to not leave a child unattended are out of our control. Those issues will cause delay and we pride our self in safety first. We plan for traffic and normal delays anything beyond that all we can do is our best to get to the pickup destination timely safely and accurately.
