              scheduled valet cleaning service for my small hot tub. work was done on Saturday, September 16, 2023. was for amount of $250.00 instead of $350. because they used my water instead of bringing it. I had chemicals available but was not asked for them, the person did a wonderful job but just went about his work without asking anything. At the end, at my surprise, he left me another new filter and several large bottles of chemicals. I did not receive a bill for several weeks and it was for the amount of $782.52instead of $250. I called and was told that they would see what they could do. I heard nothing so I called again and had to leave a message but have not heard back. I have not yet made any payment.

              We bought a pool from them and it was to include EVERYTHING, told us they would not give us numbers to the installers until the pool was delivered and that there may be cost involved depending on the area. Once the pool was delivered non of the installers on the list provided was willing to put the pool up for us except one but wanted $5,000 on top of the pool price I was already quoted. We bought the pool on June 1, 2024 wasnt delivered until July 3, 2024, and after we found out about the extra cost and the one installer that was charging $5,000 couldnt do it until late September, they would not take a return on the pool. Also, it came with no instructions to install the pool (since we were gonna try and do it ourselves), Burnett said it was a DIY even though theres no instructions at all!!!!!

              Hello *******, We have reviewed your concerns and reviewed the contracted agreement of your pool purchase. You did contract on 6/1/2024 for an oval pool. Your contract is marked as *** Pool and it was noted on the contract that the pool needed to be ordered. On the day of the contract 6/1/2024 and the day of delivery 7/3/2024 you signed that you understood there is no cancellation available to you. For our *** customers, we provide a list of installers in the area, but are not affiliated with them. The installers are self employed and set their own schedules and prices, as it states on the paper itself. There are more installers than just the ones on the list, and you may be able to find one that can assist you further. Owners installation manuals are often found inside the pool boxes once opened, but we provided a pdf copy for you upon request. I am sorry that you are finding the *** process more difficult and would have liked more detailed explanation. I will take that feedback to my sales team for future contacts.
