Raabe Motor Sales, Inc - Raabe Ford Lincoln Response

*****, we appreciate the opportunity to try to help fix the vehicle you brought to **. You are correct, unfortunately we were unsuccessful in fixing your vehicles issues. I understand your frustration with us but after reading your review, I realized there were a number of key points that were left out.
I'd like to cover those briefly. When you brought the Mustang to us, you stated it has been heavily modified and tuned by an aftermarket shop, but still not running properly. You also mentioned that it had been to 2 other shops prior to bringing it to us, and those shops could not fix the timing & fuel issues. This being the first time we've met you or worked on your vehicle, we wanted to help resolve those for you.
You were clear in your communications of what issues existed, and what you wanted repaired, and in return we were clear in our communications on the estimated time it would take, what potential challenges exist and that we will do our best to work through the issues, but could not promise the desired outcome. From there, we both agreed to move ahead and dig into it.
We performed each task you requested, and when those did not fix the issues due to the aftermarket tuner not communicating with ****'s software, we turn into the "bad guy" for trying to help you out of those issues.
When we communicated back to you that we were unsuccessful in satisfying the issues, you immediately demanded all of your money back and began berating my service employees for bad work and bad attitudes. Rest assured, we have the highest trained and skilled technicians in the area who have extensive knowledge on a wide range of vehicles and performance modifications.
I believe we showed that we cared by taking on a challenging vehicle, when we could have turned the work away. This is the unfortunate side of trying to help, sometimes it doesn't work out. We did refund the labor cost and requested to not work on your vehicle again based on how we were treated when the desired outcome was not reached.
Again, I do appreciate the opportunity to help and I apologize we were unsuccessful in fixing the issues.
