Ice cold kids meals. All fries ice cold. Flat sprite. This was a carry out. Called right away ...was told the ice machine wasn't working that's why my sprite was flat...etc ! I wasn't rude and the employee hung up on me...called back got someone else. I was told to return to the store with the food if I wanted them to make me fresh...such poor customer service and solutions. I am visiting from ** and this was a treat for my grandkids. So disappointed. Wendys needs a seminar in customer service retention and recovery ( YES, I was a manager in food service!!!!!)Review from Alexis P

Had an order placed by a customer through **** Eats, and upon arrival was told that their system was having issues and whoever was running the drive-thru then proceeded to take off their headset because, they cant do the job they signed up for - Leaving me to not be able to do mine. Thanks for the waste of ************** Do better or get a different job like the rest of us. ??Review from Greg D

Used the ******* app to order this order. As instructed by the app, I went to the drive though and waited in line. When I got to the speaker, I was told to park and go in the store to pick up the order. When I asked why the app told me to go to the drive through, I was rudely told " I am just doing my job, you'll have to go inside sir." ** I went inside and waited in another line. WhenI was finally waited on, I was told "it's going to be an hour to get a baked potato." I asked if my card could be credited with the price of the baked potato, they could not. I had to wait 25 minutes to get my order, while customers who drove up and walked inside way after I did had their order and were on their way. I was never offered an apology or any consolation for the poor management the this store. Store number ********, *************************************************. Shame on me for using the ******* app. RIP **** ******. This company has lost it's way.When I did pick up the order, there were no napkins, butter for the potato. I had to ask again for the fries which were missing. I understand things happen, but the poor attitude of the employees was so disappointing. I was made to feel like a burden they had to do their jobs. This was the worst service I have had at any ******* in DECADES.Review from Dmitriy B

I was excited when the Krabby ***** meal finally came out! We had been looking forward to it and thought it would be a great opportunity to bring the kids, expecting some fun, themed packaging that would add to the SpongeBob experience. However, when we received our order, everything was wrapped in standard Wendys packagingno themed bag, wrapper, or cup. There was nothing special about it beyond calling it a "Krabby ***** meal" when you place the ******** felt like a bait and switch. If you're going to market something with a special name, there should be an effort to make it feel unique and fun, not just a renamed menu item. Even the "Krabby *****" itself was wrapped in regular Wendys wrap, with only a few stickers thrown into the bag.This is disappointing and misleading, and it raises questions about fair advertising practices.Review from Tyler L

My name is *****. I order the immediate rightful closing of all Aldi grocery stores, which I refer to as Imitation Wendys grocery stores, across the ************************, across ******************, across *******, across ********* and worldwide and I order the immediate rightful surrender of all Aldi grocery stores worldwide to their rightful, truthful and honest owner, which is the Wendys fast food restaurant chain, because all of the store brand groceries at all of the Aldi grocery stores worldwide taste good, but they are all unfortunately despicably unhealthy for customers to buy and for consumers to eat. I am ordering the Wendys fast food restaurant chain to immediately rightfully take over rightful ownership of all of the Aldi grocery stores across the ************************, across the **************, across *******, across ********* and worldwide. I refer to **** grocery stores as Imitation Wendys grocery stores, because their groceries all taste good, but they are all despicably unhealthy store brand groceries. **** grocery stores worldwide have repeatedly refused to sell name brand groceries which are much healthier than store brand groceries and have continued to sell store brand groceries anyway and that is totally unacceptable and it must be immediately condemned. The cashier was very rude !! I had to keep repeating myself and she kept slamming the window in my face while I was trying to tell her AGAIN what I wanted and then proceeded to yell at me because she couldn’t hear me and didn’t get me a receipt and refused to give me one after I asked multiple times for it she used racial slurs at me and flicked me off and talked about my appearance and everyone in the store was acting like nothing was going on!! WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I also have LIVE PHOTOS of her flicking me off and dancing like it was okay !Review from Larne T

Corporate needs to visit the ************, ** as an Undercover Boss. I witnessed an employee that was not wearing gloves eating French fries. The same employee was putting fries in a cup with his hand & it was given to a drive thru customer. Management was informed, but I don't think that anything will be done about it. I suggest that you don't eat at this location. The ** Department of Health needs to close this location down.??Review from Lynda N

Girl working at the till was exceptionally rude I had an issue with how long the service was taking as it shouldn’t take 20 mins to get an order when I was literally the only person in the restaurant when I got there & I couldn’t speak she kept cutting me off & being passive aggressive & didn’t answer a single question when I asked her for the managers number she started talking to someone else on her but there was nobody in the drive through so it wasn’t a customer laughing & joking around I then made eye contact & directly & clearly once again asked for the managers name & number which her reaction was to turn away & try to call another customer to the till even though they were very clearly not ready to order she wouldn’t give me the number any of the 3x I asked or her name even then I got home to realize they didn’t give me my full order which happened the last time I went there I wouldn’t be as frustrated about not receiving my whole order even though that has happened the last 2 times I’ve gone there but her ignorance & lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous & something should be done to address it if you are going to work in the fast food industry with a high volume of customers than you need to know how to deal with them rather than being rude & acting like a middle school girl with an attitude problemReview from Ashley S

I am local to the pigeon forge location, and have tried to contact 2 times before, because of issues and NO ONE answers, including contacting corporate online!!!! Tonight is the 3rd time, and im done!!! First time, they gave me a cheap dollar sandwich instead of an asiago, which i paid for, second time they gave me 2 Jr deluxe deluxe burgers instead of 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Which both the Asiago and the Jr bacon doesn't sound like a big deal, but both days I worked 13 hours, and just wanted a sandwhich and couldn't even get one!!! I hated the Jr cheeseburgers and the Jr chicken..... tonight I got a Jr cheeseburger biggie bag and an extra sandwich. Both sandwiches are hard, the bun, and cold and tastes old, fries and nuggets are obviously old and they are cold.... I sat in line all 3 times for atleast 25 minutes with only a car or 2 in front of me, and get wrong, cold, disgusting food, and wendys don't do anything!!!!!! Don't waste your money here, they only care about taking/ stealing from you and won't fix it!!!!Review from John B

**** B Went to the Wendy's in ******* **. and it was really terrible. The inside was filled with employee personal items om the counter including a box of Fruit Loops. Phones and personal item on counters!! The food was really bad. very small burger and fries were cold and limp. I will never go back to I Wendy's again. Thought about buying stock in Wendy's glad I did not. If you could give less then 1 star I would.
