I wouldn’t even give them one star with the way that they’ve treated me and handled the situationI will never again buy anything from the place they are absolutely incompetent I truly don’t believe anybody there knows what’s going on or how to do the job it’s taken over a month and I still don’t have any answer on if my couch is gonna be fixed with the warranty I paid an extra hundred dollars for not due to the warranty company but due to the incompetence of the people that work and own Dayton discount furniture the owner as he addressed himself as got on the phone with me told me I was “badgering” his worker I said “are you fucking kidding me” because I mean are you serious being told that I was badgering them trying to get information about the warranty that I paid extra for and it’s telling me that they are not doing their part so that the warranty can go through and how things have been handled up to this point I’m not badgering I’m frustrated that no one is taking responsibility and they just keep trying to blame it on the next company then The owner rudely said “we’re done here good luck with your warranty” and hung up the phone they said things that were not true a and even the warranty company said that it was not true and that they were not happy not professional and going back-and-forth with them instead of just giving them the answer that they needed I think this company is an absolute joke on top of the fact that the furniture is absolute shit they don’t know how to be professional or what they’re doing I am a business owner myself and if I ever treated my clients that way I would be out of business
