My girlfriend dropped off the brand-new vacuum cleaner to them to be looked at. She was yelled at mad fun of and came home crying.... owner apologized for being aggressive saying he has PSTD, 3 weeks later they call saying its "repaired". I paid the bill (about half the price of a brand-new vacuum just to have it cleaned?) and asked for an explanation. The owner came out from the back and began getting rude and aggressive towards me. I asked him to show me how he cleaned it and he refused saying "read the manual stupid and pay the bill". So I paid the bill. I explained how he shouldn't treat people rudely and he said " leave I don't need your business" Please BE WARE do NOT do business with this company. I am asking for an explanation of what he did and what exactly a "tune up" is? Thank youBusiness response

The vacuum come with the brush roll ends melted from wound up hair and thread covered in animail feces and clogged up filters ver dirty canister and cylclonic chamber covered with fecesandmud the vacuum is about three years old the client oked full disassembly and cleaning and replacement of brushroller, after taking brushead assembly apart found housing cracked replaced at no charge and reassebled and replaced brushroll. took canister and cylclonic cyyder apart and scrubbed out feces and mud then reassembled also washed and cleaned both filters ,dissasembled motor covers and cleaned ut motor and washes all parts reassembled and washed and cleaned al hoses and reassembled unit, testested unit worked fine called customer to pick up.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.The vacuum was bought "new" from him about 1.5 years ago. It was refurbished actually.
The problem is how he is treating people, and not telling them about the work he performed.
He was angry mean and aggressive in multiple interactions. I would like a 50% refund as his price to clean a new vacuum is absurd.
There was not feces we do not live in filth. Please advise on our refund. Thanks
