            I started the required workplace violence training video produced by TrainingABC and observed an extremely upsetting depiction. During the first several minutes, ALL of the company employees appear to be white and the first black person shown is a gunman who walks in the office. This video tells the story that black men are workplace gunmen. This video is unacceptable and ******. This should be reported and rectified immediately as it inflicts harm and bias to black people. I feel extremely uncomfortable sharing this with my team and find it unbelievable and disappointing this ****** stereotype is being shared across the county.
