    Worst service I have ever had. I've had glasses for many years and they missed measured my eyes and it took me almost 3 months to get my glasses correct after they kept my money. They are not very good at what they do.

    Hello, your glasses order date was 11/09/23, you received your glasses on 11/22/23, less than the original 2 week time frame promised. You came back experiencing some comfort issues with your glasses on 11/28 and sometime in december, we adjusted as needed both times and you gave them a couple days each time to see if the fixes would work. On 12/20, you reported you were having trouble looking out of the glasses, so we retook your measurements and as a result of the adjustments we had done those past two times, your eyes had changed where they were in the lens, from 23mm in each eye to 22mm in the right eye, and to 20 mm in the left eye. It is rare for there to be an error in measurements, about 1% of orders. We remade the glasses at no charge as a courtesy, we shipped the frames out to the lab on 12/21 in the morning as ups had already come by that previous day. Luxottica Lab Services, a lab we are contractually required to use under your insurance, did take longer than expected with the remake order, as it did not come back to us until 01/17/24. However, after it was a little past the expected due date, you began calling us every few days and using foul language, as well as shouting at staff and our doctor, because they were taking longer than expected and you demanded your money back. After the glasses came in, we offered you that we could return the glasses and give you a full refund or you could take the glasses and file a complaint with your insurance company to get your money back through them. You chose to pick up the glasses. When you came in to pickup you said you were seeing well out of them, but still requested a refund. Dr Mattson said you should pursue a complaint with your insurance company as they recommended, and you walked out after arguing with her.
