I called on Friday 1/26/24 to get a prescription refill for my antidepressant and anxiety medications, I was on hold for 10 minutes before getting sent to voicemail. I left my information for them to call back, letting them know I would like a refill and delivery. I ran out of my antidepressant on 1/31/24. I called them on Wednesday 1/31/24 when I didn't hear back from them. They said it would get delivered on Friday 2/2, but was not. I put in a request to have it transferred to ***** ***** and was just going to pick it up myself. I received a call a few hours later from their office stating I needed to schedule an appointment in order to get my prescription. I let her know that I still had 1 refill and did not want to schedule an appointment at this time. She said I would have to check with my pharmacy, I let her know that it was with them and she transferred me over to the pharmacy. I explained the situation and the girl on the phone said that they were working on my prescription and that it would be sent out tomorrow. I let her know I did not want them to, and that I requested it be transferred. She said they were really backed up and would tell the pharmacist. I called today to get a status update on the transfer, and they said it was completed. I called ***** ***** to confirm, and they did not get the transfer. It has been such a horrible experience. I found a new doctor to go to and will not return.
