The only reason I'm giving even 1 star is that when folks finally answered the phone or returned a call, they are nice. But other than that, terrible - I do not recommend this driving school at all. There is a huge lack of communication, no one hardly ever answers the phones, and takes days, into weeks to return phone calls. Once it's actually time for your student to start in-cars, good luck. My son had a total of 4 in- cars scheduled (2 hours each) and for the first two original sessions that were scheduled (during the school day, so he needed to be taken out), the instructor canceled via text message. The first time she gave a day's notice and the very next scheduled session, she canceled as I was arriving at the driving school to drop my son off. I had to take time off work in the middle of the day and had to pull him out of school for these sessions, and then they get canceled at worst than the last minute. Extremely unprofessional. Once my son finally got a new instructor, she was terrible to him. Constantly criticized without actually teaching, had him take her to the gas station for food on the first day and Taco **** on the second day, and spent the entire time munching away instead of doing her job. At the end of each session, she never summarized what he needed to work on or what his daily scores were, but instead just proceeded to berate him, even stating she knew she was the "mean one" but she didn't care because she was retiring this next year.For the amount of money this program costs, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and empathy for these kids. Nervous drivers are accident-prone drivers and shame on **** for being so terrible at her job.
