****Do not give this business your money. **** My husband and I gave them way too many chances because of the convenience to our home, but we regretted it every time.1) I can confirm that the wellness program policies are not communicated well and it is indeed incredibly hard to cancel.2) You can call and book an appointment at a specific time that works for you, but they have a general practice of shifting that time around ***** mins without notifying you and just leaving it up to the reminder call or text. However, if you are anything like me and you put the appt time in your digital calendar and you dont pay attention to the reminder because you already know what time your appointment is, then you will frequently show up late and your only options are to pay the $35 cancellation fee and reschedule or accept your shorter massage time. This happened to me 3 times.3) This final time I went in, I was 15 mins late again, and made to feel bad again. Then when I went to pay they said I had a credit on our account. I also had a gift card, and a $50 **** for the remainder. Only after the transaction I was told that I still had a credit on my account. I said, wait, I just want to use the full account balance and then get my change from the $50. I was told they cant do that because their system doesnt work that way.This business may have some talented massage therapists, but their business practices are questionable at best.
