    I am speaking not as a client but as a student. It is by far the worst experience a student could have. The staff are all related and close down the school whenever they want to go across the road to get food. It took me over a year to get all my credit hours for a 10 month program due to them shutting down school for every little thing; personal family vacations, air conditioning not working, personal appointments. They lie and cheat and steal your money. The same rules don't apply for all the students and once they get a favorite, you will suffer for it. The staff talks about the other students and yells at them. It's so jr. high. Half the time I felt as though I was living in an orphanage forced to work by Miss Hannigan. it was terrible...terrible...terrible and I still have nightmares about this place. They watch you on their closed circuit televisions and yell at you from their office. Stay away from this place unless you want PTSD. They threaten suspension if you don't sweep the right way. God...I hated that place. EVERY SINGLE THING THE AA A mentions in their review is absolutely spot on! If I could cut and paste it I would....

    Hi Miss Lauck! Lets talks some facts. The school is family owed and that's known at sign-up so its no secret so I'm not sure what relevance that has. The school has NEVER closed down to go get food. There is 4 teachers on staff and all instructors do not take a lunch at the same time. Its also not even possible to close completely when the Institution has clients on the floor at all different times so please do not make FALSE claims. Referencing that is took you over 10 months to graduate; When students takes off for MULTIPLE unnecessary appointments instead of taking them during their 6 free days it can cause a student to run over their contractual graduation date. Charges that are incurred after that is a POLICY for EVERY Institution that a student must pay to remain in school per your contract. Also when students do not complete their required testing to graduate after MULTIPLE Instructors have told them to complete them so they do not run over their graduation date and the student thinks it doesn't apply to them it will cause them to be delayed in graduating within the 10 months. Students who also have been warned more than once about certain infractions and still continue to break rules will be held accountable for their actions which may also cause them to run over their graduation date depending on what rules is broken and what sanction they are given for said infraction. As far as closing the school when the air conditioning was not working is true. We had students who were pregnant and other students as well as clients who complained that the 89 degree temps in the building were indeed just too hot. So closing a day here and there was needed for the SAFETY of students and clients until the building owners replaced the air conditioning. Due to covid restrictions things were significantly delayed in getting it replaced but was done as soon as possible. At no fault to the school itself, it was out of their control. Students however were NOT charged for ANY of those days even if it extended the student past their contractual graduation date. All vacation days are given at sign up as well as posted in our catalog that is also listed on our website that is viewable to anyone at anytime. The school does reserve the right to change these dates due to any circumstance that arises without the consent of students. All vacation dates are posted a year in advance. To make a claim that the Institution lies, cheats and steals your money please provide proof of this. If ANY money is owed, the student is given a COMPLETE print out of an itemized bill of what is being charged and gone over with the student. All students sign them agreeing that they recognize the charges. So there is no confusion on what is being charged. Again do not make false claims. The same rules apply to ALL students. Again please provide proof of your claim where one student was treated differently. Staff never talks about students to any student or instructor. ANY matter regarding a student is confidential so again please provide proof of your claim. The institution does have cameras all throughout the building excepts in personal places such the bathroom. This is for the safety of all students, staff and clients. This is no secret. There is a sign on the front door letting individuals know they are being recording and the staff reminds you during sign up that all students are being monitored on camera. 99% of students and staff like that there is cameras so there is no issues taking place and theft stays at a minimum. Those who have a problem with cameras are usually the ones doing things they know they are not supposed to. Suspensions are only given to students when they are warned after multiple times to stop doing things they are not supposed to. In reference to getting a suspension for not sweeping correctly. You are correct that a student would get a suspension for that if they have been WARNED MULTIPLE TIMES. We are a TEAM at this Institution and if one students is not contributing and helping their peers and we not only get multiple complaints from other students for a student being SELFISH and not a team player as well as staff noticing we most defiantly will reprimand you. We WILL NOT have one student thinking they are above or any different from the rest. Its equal across the board and EVERY student will do their part. Advice; Some students need to reflect on themselves and see where they need to be held accountable for their own actions and not try and lie on a Institution to feel better about themselves when they know their OWN wrongdoings and what TRUELY caused things to happen how they did. We get students get mad but to make such false claims against a business is grounds for slander and we will not stand for it. We would not have a 100% graduation rate at State Board the past 7 years if we were not doing things fairly, correctly and by State Board standards. We have MULTIPLE students who loved the Institution and still return years after to share accomplishments in life.
