Bought a 2021 ******* River Flagstaff the vent cover leaked took it in for repair called within an hour of dropping the travel trailer off to say it was fixed, The paperwork indicated b trouble found stating it was a condensation problem. This problem appeared every time we had a rain storm took it back a second time and was told the same thing. Finally since the *** warranty was nearing expiration took it to Camping World they found pin hole leaks around the vent fix them along with other potential leaks got it covered by *** warranty. I now use them for all my ********** for the sales and finance it was the strangest I had ever been through salesperson keep telling us his personal history which included domestic and law enforcement problems, etc. I got the same assurance from finance about early pay off even though we are still paying on contract for now. I don't recommend anyone buying from them and wish I went to Camping World again like we did for our first trailer. The main reason I went to them was because they were about 45 miles closer which was a mistake on my part.Review from Alan C

Purchased a used motorhome from this dealer and was not informed that the unit was not winterized before we left in freezing weather, the salesman told us that they would do an appliance check and fix any that were not working as part of our agreement, the furnace did not work and even if it did we couldn't have filled the propane because the propane fill had been drug off and zip tied up, the vacuflush toilet does not work this should have been checked as part of the appliance check. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership! Whatever you do find your own financing!!Buckeye RV Response

Mr. ******, we're sorry to hear you feel this way. We want to address your comments inaccuracies. You failed to mention that you purchased a 20-year-old RV and it was clearly stated to you that the RV was sold to you AS-IS, per the paperwork that you signed. At no point did anyone say that anything not working would be fixed. As it was stated to you and agreed to, the RV was AS-IS and even that being true, we did fix items on the RV for you. The propane was not zip tied. The previous owned had zip tied some cabling that was completely normal, that you're confusing. All RV's are winterized prior to delivery unless requested by the buyer so that the RV can be used on their trip home. Your title work was completed within days of the funding being made, leaving you plenty of time to complete the IL transfer, however, you slowing the IL transfer unfortunately is out of our control. Thank you and safe travels.Review from Angela G

Purchased a brand-new 5th wheel Keystone Camper in 2020 only used it 5 times. Jacks were bent, had a roof leak (insurance adjuster said it was a manufacture defect) and some undercarriage damage from 2 blown out tires on the freeway. Made an appointment for it November 4th, 2022, it is now September 2023, and we still don't have it back. We started calling them in March to see when it was going to be finished and were told they had not worked on it all. We were also asked if we were sure we wanted it back due to it now having black mold, since it sat there for months uncovered with a roof leak. We also asked them to winterize it when we dropped it off and no one can tell us if that was even done. We had to cancel a vacation in July and just got a letter today stating we owe them over 1700.00 for storage fee and that if we don't pick it up in the next 7 days, they will have it impounded, even though the roof may blow off going down the freeway. We have had to get an attorney at this point and were advised a while ago by him not to move it off their lot. I will not stay in a camper with black mold as I just had breast cancer. Buckeye RV has been a nightmare to deal with and Keystone Corporate has not been much better.Buckeye RV Response

This unit was brought in to Buckeye RV in November 2022 and winterized at that time. Their insurance adjuster stated it was a manufacturer defect and the manufacturer representative, Darcy, at Keystone stated it was not. It was lack of maintenance by the Gregorys. We have been in contact with the Gregory's multiple times to have them pick the unit up. What they are conveniently leaving out of the comments to the BBB is the fact that they switched insurance in the middle of all of this and nothing has been submitted to the new or old insurance. Darcy at Keystone and multiple Buckeye RV employees all had a conference call concerning the situation they are in, and Darcy told the customer to pick the unit up as it is not a manufacturer defect. We have heard nothing from any lawyer other than threats that she has contacted one, in some effort to scare us, when we have done absolutely nothing wrong, and the manufacture of the RV agrees with us. Keystone also has documentation the unit was at another RV dealership named Ron Potts RV for a roof leak prior to them bringing the unit into us for repair. The adjuster stated the roof repair was structure and we advised them it was not. They said they would call Keystone and no one from Keystone has authorized any repair for the roof. The customer wants to put us in the middle of their problem with their own insurance and another dealership. The only repair that was approved was a tire blow out, which was repaired, and they never sent paid us for the repair or the parts. This matter is closed as we are still awaiting them to remove their camper from our lot, pay for the services we provided, and the storage fees they owe us. We will have the unit remove from our lot at their expense if it is not removed by them.Review from Chad C

Bought the camper a year ago and they have had the camper for 6 months. The jacks have not worked from day 1 and is now just a guessing game. 2 damaged closet cabinets put in and left that way. Bed was not fastened down, told it was fixed and was not. Awning had holes, when they replaced it, it was replaced with wrinkles and they left it that way. Had them winterize it and well that was not done properly, kitchen sink faucet busted, the shower head busted and a drain pipe busted. All we got from them was we will fix it. How about give me my money back. We bought a camper to use and are not able to. Should not have these issues with a brand new camper. We did not buy used or a demo! Only giving a star because I have to!Review from John M

Shady Financing! On September 18, 2022, we purchased a Keystone 5th wheel from Buckeye RV for $43,289. We wanted to pay cash but was coerced into financing it for a better sale price. We were told there would be no pre-payment penalty. I was presented a document that said Payment Authorization Form, which I thought was a down payment document that dealt with credit card fraudulent transactions. I never was given a copy of this document. We ultimately financed $32,983 with **** of America (BOA). *********************** was our financial officer with Buckeye. I immediately paid 3 $9000 payments to BOA to get the finance charges down on the balance. I had surgery in November and felt I needed to rid us of monthly payments and contacted BOA in April to assure there were no pre-payment penalties as it stated on our contract, and I paid the camper off and received the title from BOA. In early June, my wife noticed a $3000 charge on out **** from Buckeye RV. I immediately contacted them to advise them of fraud that someone apparently used my credit card. *********************** advised me; it was a loan pre-payment penalty by Buckeye RV. I tried to discuss it with him, and he wound up saying he would settle for $1400. I told him there was no document in my financial papers and he said that document wasnt included because my credit card # was on it!! He emailed the document to me, and I called him back to discuss and he wouldnt take my calls. I emailed him and got a notice my email was blocked. I disputed the charge to *********** and it is currently under investigation. I finally got hold of **** on June 14, after getting a threatening letter from Buckeyes lawyer want-to-be to cease and desist after I posted a truthful negative review. **** advised the $3000 was a kickback to Buckeye from the lender that I have to pay. HOW IS THAT LEGAL?Review from Tim A

These are the most dishonest double talking ridiculous people I have ever dealt with. Had our camper for 10 weeks 3 of which where holidays and did not do one thing including not winterizing it when we were told they did in the coldest months of the season flat out lied to us. Then told us after we called several times just trying to figure out what was going on with no return calls got told we where rude and needed to pick up our camper. This place has the worst service department with some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. We finally took it to a honest dealer and was told by them it had not been winterized and luckily after doing a pressure test no damage was done on the lines and only took 2 weeks to repair everything. places like this should be shut down for ripping people off.
