It’s really messed up when you trust a mechanic to fix your car after your *** was broken into they took the column , ******* replaced it then having issues with stalling while driving on the road, and the car shuts off. I take it they and they tell me it didn’t stall for us, and it’s fine but it kept doing it they messed up the wiring in the column because my battery and alternator is brand new, purchased from them as well!! and now my car is constantly dying and will NOT START UP! So I towed it to *** north Olmsted to check out the car and they told me the wiring was faulty and have the mechanic make it right; my dealership at *** in North Olmsted literally told me it was a wiring problem but they’re not gonna touch it , it’s up to My mechanic who replaced my column to make it right but won’t …I brought the car to them AGAIN, for them to say there is no wiring issue with the column but my car will not start. At all. It is always dying and it’s not the battery.. and not to mention JOE, the service guy at the front desk yelled at me saying “ you don’t trust us I’ve been going this 45 years” I just want my car reliable again and I want a refund and I want to take it someone who can actually help me get my car working again . The automotive technicians at Bruce's Automotive and Fleet services has looked thoroughly at the 2015 *** Forte. The last time the vehicle was serviced, it was driven on and off for two weeks by the ASE certified master techs and there were no problems found. As a good will gesture, Bruce warrantied the battery and the customer was given an AC service at no charge. When the vehicle was serviced prior to this, we did not find any problems with the car. Bruce, the owner contacted the customer's father who is also a current customer and he drove the car for approximately seven to ten days without experiencing any problems. If you have questions his name is Wayne Ratliff and his contact number is ************ (customer approved). My conclusion is that the customer needs to drive the car more often, she mentioned that she lets the car sit for months without driving it.
