If I could give the Greeley's 0 stars I would. So we've rented two places off them our first was in 2019. After lease was signed she refused to give me the keys that day. I planned on picking keys up a few days later. We were moving in on the weekend and I wanted the key on Friday so I had it. She prorated me because I got the key a day early. I called her Thursday to ensure that I could pick up the keys the next day. She yelled at me telling me I couldn't have the keys till Monday. I screamed back at her telling he no I paid extra to be in here early. She said she was out of town so I would have to wait & it wouldn't be till Monday whether I liked it or not. I told her I would get a lawyer if she continued. She changed her attitude immediately. She gave me the keys Friday( which she was in town... seeing she lied to me about being out of town). We went over Friday night to clean. When we entered the building it stunk of weed. We went to our apartment and we opened the door and the apartment was a mess. She said they had the carpets cleaned. Well it was obvious they didn't. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the floor was not swept or mopped. The stove was a mess.. there was food every where on it. The fridge stunk to high heavens. We were there for about 2 weeks and our kitchen sink started leaking so I texted her and never got a response. Her son just showed up one night. I just wanted my sink fixed so I let him in. We lived there for 1 year and then when our lease was up we moved into one of her duplex's. We gave her a $625 check for deposit We went to her office to sign the lease. She had transferred our deposit from the first apartment to the second apartment as our deposit and decided she was going to use the $625 toward the first month rent. She wrote all this down on our lease. I reviewed the math and where it was all coming from and marked where she included the transfer of the deposits and what they were being used towards. Pt1.
