They started my in ground pool in September and we are now going into January and I'm still waiting on them to finish it. After paying them about $90,000 for a pool, they tore up my front, side and back yard digging the pool at the beginning of September. Since then, I have watched week after week of good weather go by and phone call after phone call to Jim with nothing but lie after lie in his response. I have asked to talk with the owner which they tell me that is Jim. With rain fall more then 3 inches below average over the last last four months, my pool is full of leaves and gravel, my front, side and back yard still a total mess. We are now going into January waiting for trenches to be filled, concrete to be poured and shrubbery to be replaced ( that they ran over). We have not been able to go out our back door now going on 5 months not to mention using our yard. Now we are in January the weather may be a problem to pour concrete. In short this could have been completed in two months easy, they just started it and then let it sit while they worked on other pools. This is the worst, most dishonest company I've ever worked with. I have called Jim four times over the last month just to have him tell me the same thing, " he will be getting ahold of the concrete guy". Not only has it taken at least 5 months to install the pool but they hire family / kids to get the work done, not professionals at all. They have left trash all around my back yard cups, paper and bottles not to mention all the concrete where they poured the pad in the wrong place. I have plenty of pictures and I could go on and on but the bottom line is this is not someone you want to install your pool.

*****, You are correct we did start your pool in late September and we have had a few delays in getting the pool ready for concrete. We are trying to get your project completed as quickly as possible and will continue to work towards completion and make sure all is completed correctly. I apologize that the project has not gone to your expectations. I can not speak to your comment that we are below average in rain. I do watch the rain and have seen many days of rain this fall. Rain days do not just hold things up on the day it rains. A single rain day typically costs us three days of work. You and I spoke about the tree that you informed me we damaged. I immediately told you we would replace the tree for you. I do take issue with our hiring family and kids to work on the projects and not professionals. We are a family business and have been for over 40 years. We have at this time only two family members working in the construction services side. One has over ten years and many certifications earned in the field. The other is new this year and learning. Both are over 25 years old and have held positions in other companies and fields. We will be completing your project as quickly as possible. I understand your frustrations, but do not see how your comments about me and my two family members makes any sense in the conversation.
