            They do not accurately display their pricing. Their website lists all the prices to travel on the ferry, and says “ample parking available” but nowhere does it say they charge for parking in order to take the ferry. After driving two hours to get there I was forced to pay an additional fee to park in their parking lot- it cost almost half the round trip ferry ticket just to park. It’s deceptive to not let customers know prior when all the other pricing is listed in detail. They know that people won’t be able to argue about it when they get there and will be forced to pay it. I asked multiple employees where on the website or in their flier it says there is a fee to park, and the employees were rude or just shrugged. Terrible experience and I won’t use them again.
