This is clearly an instance of deceptive advertising. I purchased a gift Certificate for a spa package, "Give Me the Works" Full Body One Hour Massage, Rejuvenating Facial, Classic House Pedicure, Classic House Manicure, Rejuvenations! Haircut and Style, Lunch and Special Gift. Approximately 5 Hours $230.00. Upon purchase the attendant was not willing to send me a receipt. She would not email a receipt, she would not text a receipt. There was no way in which she would provide me a receipt. I consider this to be suspicious activity.
I was later informed this package is not available to be performed on the same day, that each thing needed to be booked on separate days. This was falsely advertised as a package. The owner is not even able to give me a date that the package, as advertised, can be provided. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, on their website or verbally.
When I asked for a refund the owner told me they have a no refund policy on gift certificates. This was not stated on their website. Nor was it disclosed to me verbally.
I would not have purchased the Gift Certificate had I known they were not able to provide this specific service as it was advertised. Nor would I have purchased it knowing there were no refunds of gift certificates. This is not posted on their website. It was not disclosed to me verbally when I called to purchase the gift certificate.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to share our side of this, as well as address our customer's concerns again.
We have spoken with her, and unfortunately we were busy and we could not accommodate her request as she wanted to come in so quickly.
She was told, that we could set up an appointment for the packages at a later date, but she was unhappy, and did not schedule with us.
She is welcome to contact our office and book an appointment but the date will be at least 3 weeks out, just ask for B**** or S****.

I am rejecting this response because: this is false. B**** specifically told me they do not offer the package, as a whole, the way it's advised on their website, stating they aren't robots and can't work that many hours in a week. She would not provide ANY date that the package, as a whole, the way it's advertised, would be available. She snidely said she'd "call me", then never contacted me again. She was very rude and I'd like a refund plain and simple. Thank you.
