            Cancel the extended warranty on my 2021 Ford explore that I bought from Bob, Chapman Ford, on December 21, 2023 ******* in the finance department left them papers lay on his desk for three weeks before he filed them warranty company said they did not receive the paperwork until January 10, 2024 issued a check on January 16, 2024 called Chapman Ford spoke to ******* about it. Ask him where my money wise his comment to me was don’t call me no more and hung up and now they refuse to answer anything.

            I was an employee here and I saw everything that this dealership would do to their people and to their customers.they refused to pay me out on my paycheck after being told multiple times about ************* would talk s*** about employees. They had a not a real lead in detail who would make sexual comments and racism remarks to employees.
