I purchased tickets on 5/12/2024 @ 3:12pm for a *******s concert in Brandon, MS to be held that same day 5/12/2024 @ 5:00pm. I selected the VIP add on for a backstage opportunity. The notification indicated doors open at 4:00pm. My daughter and her friend arrived at 4:00pm only to be advised that backstage portion started at 3:00pm and was already over. We were never informed that the backstage portion was to be held at 3:00pm and the system allowed us to purchased tickets after it had already started. We are simply asking for a refund of the add on portion of the purchase ($120). I have reached out several time by email and phone only to be ignored by this company. My daughter has a cardiomyopathy which did not allow her to participate in team sports. She has taken interest in lighting and sound as a result. She was extremely excited at the opportunity. A simple notification that the doors for the backstage portion opened at 3pm or the system not allowing the option of purchasing the add on would have saved a lot of time and disappointment. A response from the company would have stopped from rubbing salt on the wound.
